The menu features big, robust flavours that explore the best of Italian cuisine (and it's a tribute to Rosso's imagination that there's not a pizza in sight).
We've printed it in full below. Highlights in the starters include a trio of smoked fish pâtés with cucumber pickle, and a garlic bruschetta topped with pan-seared chicken liver.
The mains include a poached salmon fillet with glazed carrot and cucumber and hollandaise sauce, and a dish of thick pork sausage with spiced onions and tomato served over a white polenta.
Those with a lighter appetite can opt for the seasonal salad of roasted chestnut, marinated mushrooms, cold-water prawns and mixed leaves.
