THE G-Shock Sessions tour bus pulled up at Manchester’s Moho Live this week as the watch brand continued their 30th anniversary celebrations.

In conjunction with designer boutique Flannels, the sell out crowd were treated to performances by Sway, Kid British, DJ Steve Sutherland and many more.

Speaking about the event, born and raised Manchester act, Kid British said they “love these events because they bring the spotlight back into Manchester.”

Showing their love and support for G-Shock were Capital FM’s Rob Ellis breakfast show crew, Bez (Happy Mondays), Ciaran Griffiths (Shameless), Leah Hackett (Hollyoaks), Marcquelle Ward (Britannia High), Carolynne Poole (X Factor), Stuart Pilkington (Big Brother), Terry Christian and Gareth Brookes (XFM) along with other familiar faces, all of whom were treated to exclusive goody bags from the G-Shock tour bus.

Amra Sariya, Marketing Manager at Flannels, said: “The G-shock sessions are a unique way of engaging people. It has been fantastic for Flannels to work in association with Casio G-Shock on its first session to be held in Manchester.”

The G-Shock East Sessions kicked off in 2010 with some of the finest acts from the UK music scene performing at the Brick Lane store, it has since become synonymous with upcoming talent
