ON SATURDAY 20 September 'an interactive fitness' concept is to be launched at intu Trafford Centre and shoppers are encouraged to join a free live session within The Orient.
Each session will be led by one of Workout In’s expert instructors, which includes ex-Coronation Street actor and fitness guru, Scott Wright.
Interactive fitness? Does that mean digital dumbbells and computerised crunches? Well, not quite.
Provided by website www.workoutin.com, the programs allow people to connect live to an expert fitness instructor by webcam and workout together online at any time.
On the website there's a choice of small group classes covering everything from yoga and ‘legs, bums and tums’ to intensive ‘insanity’ style workouts.
As well as being able to see the instructor and the other participants in the class, the instructor can see you and can provide constructive and motivational feedback to help you get the most from your training session.
Each session will be led by one of Workout In’s expert instructors, which includes ex-Coronation Street actor and fitness guru, Scott Wright.
Those wanting to get involved would need to resist The Trafford Centre's wide selection of restaurants for the afternoon and get moving. There's also goody bags thrown in for your efforts.
The FREE ‘Workout In – Live’ session takes place from 11am on Saturday 20 September and will be staged by the big screen in The Orient at intu Trafford Centre Manchester.
