IN CELEBRATION of Liverpool's famous annual racing meet at Aintree which runs from April 9-11, Fazenda Liverpool, located in the grand surroundings of Exchange Flags, is creating its own special menu for the event.

For Ladies Day on April 10 and Grand National Day on April 11, Fazenda will be offering an exclusive menu, starting with a Champagne Breakfast. In a new twist that sees British and Brazilian cuisines fused together, the components of a Traditional English Breakfast will be joined by South American accompaniments including smoked gammon, morcela (Brazilian black pudding), linguiça (Brazilian sausage), bacon, smoked salmon, cured meats and Grana Padano cheese.

Diners looking to enjoy an evening meal can experience the full Fazenda experience at dinner where on offer will be the selection of 15 different cuts of beef, chicken, lamb and pork in total, and the bountiful gourmet salad bar, with options including sushi, smoked salmon, cured meats, hot dishes and traditional Brazilian dishes.

The new vegetarian, vegan and pescatarian menu will also be available for any non-carnivorous diners.

Fazenda’s Champagne Breakfast will be available for the set price of £24.50 per person while for those who wish to taste the full Fazenda experience, the Champagne Breakfast & Dinner is £60.00 per person.
