If you’ve entered the new decade with intentions to reduce your carbon footprint, raise your plant-based game and devote more time to looking after your body and mind, the upcoming wellness weekend at Yes is one for you.

Everything’s Gone Green returns over two jam packed days filled with vegan food, well-being activities and sustainable markets on Saturday 4th and Sunday 5th January across all four floors of the Charles Street venue
A variety of interesting vegan food traders include Doner Sumer, Mama Z, Chiit Chaat Gujarati cuisine, Los Antojitos, Choux Choux Pâtisserie, Firebird Hope and Pepperoni Playboy will all be set up in the main bar.
In the Pink Room there will be extra seating along with a sustainable market with stalls from Plant Shop, Wardrobe Wellbeing, Evolve Vintage and more. Extinction Rebellion Manchester will be doing a cloth printing workshop to spread the XR message and show you how to make your oldest, most loved, most worn out jumper beautiful again.
On both days, traders will take part in a ‘2020 - The Year of Zero Waste’ talk (1-2pm), where they will share tips and insights into how we can all live more sustainably and work towards a zero waste lifestyle. Taking over the basement on Saturday, will be holistic sound facilitators Golden Ratio Frequencies curating a day of drone meditation and yoga to a live soundtrack. Also on Saturday, Manchester-based running club Still Waters Run Deep will take you on a guided run around the city bringing you back to Yes for a well deserved free vegan burger or vegan slice of pizza.
For the Sunday, Gongholistics will be in the basement, guiding you on a sound healing journey through the medium of gongs and drums. DJs Meditations and Pablo Blanquito will be in charge of the sounds in the main bar to help the wellbeing weekend end with ease.
