Graphic Designer

Salary £18k

Marketing/Events Manager

Salary £25k plus monthly bonus based on targets achieved. 

Key job areas:

  • Managing B2B and B2C marketing.
  • Managing social media including all planning and interaction.
  • Developing (and establishing where necessary) our Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and Snapchat presence.
  • Developing existing relationships with local businesses and hotels.
  • Marketing and assisting with events management for various events including dinners with Jean-Christophe Novelli, Law Society events, industry awards, concierge meals, captain's tables, and charity events.

This role covers all the restaurants in the group. You must have a proven understanding of the local market and our customer demographic. Don Giovanni is looking for an enthusiastic individual who can tap into their customers' demands while maintaining their brand's core values.

Operations Director

Salary £28k with monthly bonus based on targets achieved

Key job areas:

  • Developing and implementing cost-cutting ideas while maintaining standards.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with all tradespeople.
  • Monitoring the levels of outgoings spent on wages.
  • Managing stock control.
  • Managing staff training, incentives and rewards.
  • Ensuring each new staff member has a staff starter pack before they start work.
  • Ensuring senior management standards are maintained and prioritised.
  • Ensuring health and safety files and equipment maintenance are kept up to date.
  • Ensuring all restaurants attain a five-star hygiene rating at all times, without exception.
