The hint is in the title. It's the joy of Chinese menu favourite, duck and pancakes, in the comfort of a pizza.
The 16-incher is topped with duck, cucumber, hoisin sauce, spring onions, and small pieces of pancake made crispy to give this mad concept extra texture.
The flavours complement each other with just enough hoisin sauce to give this pizza a hint of sweet and savoury. It's a fantastic mix that gives you your pizza fix and your Chinese takeaway fix in one.
But it's only here for a month so go try it while you can.
And take a look at Pedro's Crazy Lunch Deal too: for £5 you can grab two slices, or large nachos, or a hoagie – plus any soft drink. Add an extra quid for a beer.
