HERE's the deal.

Gordo is going to put these £100 vouchers up for sale on this site for £50 each

Gordo has come up with a novel way to throw his substantial weight behind Hospitality Action - the hospitality industry charity supported by the likes of Heston Blumenthal, the Roux brothers, Monica Galetti and Tom Kerridge.

Established in 1837, the charity offers vital assistance to those employees who've fallen on hard times, whether through illness, injury, financial woe, whatever.

Now The Fat One has begun twisting the arms of restaurant owners to donate ten, £100 vouchers towards the initiative, which Gordo is calling 'GOB' because he likes the word and it sticks in the noggin'... the GOrdo Bargain? That'll do.

Now Gordo is going to put these £100 vouchers up for sale TO YOU on this site for £50 each. Call it half price, 2-4-1, whatever you like, because either way that's a banging deal. And you can spend it any time on food, booze, pork scratchings, Gordo doesn't give a monkeys, there's no restrictions and Hospitality Action gets fifty notes straight into their till. How good is that?

£100 of this for half the readies£100 of this for just £50... go on then

A month or two ago Asha's, Manchester's cracking new top-end Indian restaurant on Peter Street, became the first restaurant to take part in the initiative...

The vouchers sold in five seconds flat.

Next up is Hawksmoor, perhaps the most popular new opening of 2015 and long-time supporter of Hospitality Action, who've kindly donated ten vouchers towards GOB.

Yep, you know how it goes, £100 worth of Hawksmoor for just £50. We shift ten and the Hospitality Action gets the full £500. Let's help those who spend their lives helping us, eh?

And BE QUICK, we expect these to go faster than a bottle of Burgundy round Gordo's gaff.
