Regulars gathered at the popular city centre restaurant to mark its first decade
Steaks, gin and fizz were on the menu last night as folk gathered at Grill on the Alley to celebrate its tenth year in business. The Ridgefield restaurant was the first of Living Ventures’ Blackhouse brand which now has branches in Glasgow, Leeds, London and a second Manchester venue, Grill on New York Street.
Grill on the Alley has just reopened after a mini refurbishment to give it a more refreshed, contemporary look which includes the installation of a Himalayan rock salt maturation chamber to mature their range of top quality steaks. The recent update also brought with it a more flexible approach to service and a new menu which includes a range of recommended food-friendly cocktails.
Guests at last night’s party enjoyed live music, Prosecco, wine, William’s GB gin, samples from Clarins spa at Selfridges and the opportunity to taste some of the speciality steaks from the new menu including Scotch sirloin and English Galician.
