LAUNCHING this week is the Under part of Over Under, your new favourite city-centre hangout, where coffee shop meets cocktail den.
The cafe-bar has just opened on Deansgate, with some secret features that cleverly allow it to be transformed from a daytime coffee shop – Over – to a cocktail den in the evening – Under. As day turns into night, the coffee, brunch and good vibes give way to cocktails, bar food and even better vibes – complete with speakeasy-style flipping tabletops and changing wall set-ups to create the perfect after-dark backdrop.
We can’t wait to see it in real life and we don’t have much longer – the launch party is now lined up for Friday 26 July. What’s more, you can join us at the invite-only opening bash – we have a limited 15 pairs of tickets to give away. As well as an exclusive first look at Over Under’s evening style, you’ll get to enjoy 2 complimentary drinks and free food.
The evening small plates selection complements the cocktails and wine, beer and cider on offer, with dishes such as burrata cheese with sourdough and green pesto, copacollo cured meat plate with focaccia, truffle honey and oregano,and crab sliders with lemon aioli, and snacks include smoked almonds and mixed nocellara, Kalamata and Greek manmmoth olives.
