And the Butcher’s Block special is no exception. Every day there’s a different single breed sirloin or ribeye available for you to get your teeth into, personally selected by the Grill’s own butcher, then given the dry-aged treatment in a special maturation chamber using Himalayan rock salt. Cut at your table before being cooked to your liking, you also get to pick a side and a sauce – Bearnaise, peppercorn, blue cheese or red wine and shallot are all available.
As part of this amazing prize, you’ll also each get a Steak Holder cocktail – the complex, smoky flavours of Bombay gin, Plymouth Sloe gin, star anise, maple syrup, blueberries and black grapes are a perfect match to the meat – we promise!
