WITH seven restaurants and five Michelin stars to his name, Paco Pérez is a leading light of Catalan gastronomy. He's visiting his Manchester restaurant Tast this week – and this competition gives you the opportunity to experience his boundary-pushing cooking firsthand.
Pérez will cook the 'Paco Pérez' Menu for the winner and a friend in Tast with drinks.
The menu will take you on a culinary adventure across Catalonia, from the cities to the forests, and from the sea to the mountains. Expect unusual flavour combinations and stunning presentation – with Pérez creating each dish in his own unique style.
The prize is the Paco Pérez menu for two people with drinks, at 6pm on Friday 14 June. The winner must tell us any dietary requirements in advance.
