Experience the Tres de Deu tasting menu, created by the multi-Michelin star chef himself

WITH seven restaurants and five Michelin stars to his name, Paco Pérez is a leading light of Catalan gastronomy. He's visiting his Manchester restaurant Tast next week – and this competition gives you the opportunity to experience his boundary-pushing cooking firsthand.

Pérez will cook the 'Tres de Deu' Tasting Menu for the winner and a friend in Tast Enxaneta; the fine-dining top floor of Tast.

The ten-course 'Tres de Deu' tasting menu will take you on a culinary adventure across Catalonia, from the cities to the forests, and from the sea to the mountains. Dishes include pairings such as langoustine Cannelone, and button mushroom diversity. Expect unusual flavour combinations and stunning presentation – with Pérez creating each dish in his own unique style.

The prize is the Tres de Deu menu for two people with drinks, at 7pm on Wednesday 15 May. The winner must tell us any dietary requirements in advance.
