Verdure has placed the classic red rose at the heart of each of the eight designs and has paired them with red tulips and pink Vanda Orchids. To complement the main flowers, soft and pretty violet wax flowers, pink astrantia roma and foliage have been added, creating a very country-style and vintage look to the designs.

Adi Thomas, Verdure said: “The red rose is still the most popular flower for Valentine’s Day and this year we’ve decided to marry it with tulips and orchids, but the softer, pretty foliage and flowers give the designs a real country and vintage look and feel.”

Verdure will hand deliver all flowers ordered by 8pm on Wednesday 13 February and orders placed by 1pm on Valentine’s Day (subject to an additional delivery charge), guaranteed.
