Trick or treat!? Head to Pen and Pencil where - if you're one of the first fifty to arrive - you can bag yourself a free shot by Trick or Treating at the bar. And, don't worry if you miss out. Gareth Brooks will be filling the floor with plenty of tunes to keep you busy for the rest of the evening.

Calling all horror fans, Manchester’s biggest genre and horror film festival is back for 2024. You can expect four days of terrifying horrors, gripping thrillers, mind-bending sci-fi, and even a little bit of (dark) comedy. Plus a few special guests, Q&As and premieres.

Manchester Scare Factory presents: Time To Die

Prepare to be petrified. Deep in the dark heart of Manchester lies a quarter of a million square feet of deserted industrial metalworks; forgotten, boarded up and consigned to history decades ago… Until now. Looking for something a bit different this Halloween? Nightmare on Nelson Street 2 returns to the Pankhurst Museum for its suffragette-inspired sequel, Emmeline’s Revenge. Head to the Pankhurst Museum for a walking tour of the area around the Pankhurst Museum, followed by spooky suffragette stories shared over hot drinks.

Manchester knows how to do Halloween. And if you're looking for something free to do in Manchester city centre this October then the Halloween monsters are a great place to start. The inflatable street art by Filthy Luker and Pedro Estrellas has been a Halloween staple in Manchester for the past few years and everyone's favourite monsters will be cropping up again in 2024.
The Silence of the Baths: Back from the Dead

Returning after a sell-out 2023 debut, Victoria Baths will resurrect three of Manchester’s legendary nightclubs for a silent disco in this once abandoned building. Travel back in time to South, Jilly’s Rockworld and The Tiger Lounge with Clint Boon (South), Mikee Diablo (Jilly’s Rockworld) and Max Oblivion (The Tiger Lounge).
