FINGER-LICKING Fridays are go at Manchester’s favourite Mexican El Taquero, with their new Happy Hour – perfect for trying out their tastebud-friendly tacos: Picadillo ground beef hash, Cochinita Pibil pulled pork, shredded Chicken Tinga or lots of vegetarian and vegan choice, including the house refried beans.
