ONLINE menswear brand tuktuk, has launched its new bespoke service, where customers can create made to measure shirts in a few clicks.
Designers at the brand are encouraging customers' bespoke creations to be uploaded onto tuktuk’s Facebook page too.
Bespoke shirt services aren’t of course anything new. Traditional tailors have been at it for years and high street giants such as M&S are also well in on the action.
However, tuktuk offers a modern take on a quintessentially British feel with its bright colours, quality cuts and quirky prints.
Customers can now order their tape measure and select design requirements including fabric, pockets and some of the finer details such as a selection of high quality corozo and mother of pearl buttons. They are then taken through a simple step by step design process resulting in their own tuktuk creation which promises to be delivered within fourteen working days.
Designers at the brand are encouraging customers' bespoke creations to be uploaded onto tuktuk’s Facebook page too (we did say they are modern). The most original design will be featured in next season alongside the main collection.
Tuktuk’s Mark Scholes said “tuktuk is an ever evolving brand which has a loyal and discerning customer base. We are well known for our personal approach so offering a made to measure to our clients is a great way for us to refine our service even further. With the bespoke service potentially providing the next addition to new season’s collection we’re really excited to see where our customers will take tuktuk next.”
