THE BOTANIST certainly livened up the Deansgate 'strip' last night.
Living Ventures new ‘pub’ was packed to the rafters, with guests spilling out onto the terrace for the official launch party on Thursday 7 August.
The happy boozers and party atmosphere felt a distant cry from previous occupier Label bar, which won't be missed.
Drinkers in the nearby Living Room and half dressed dancers of Gentleman's Club Baby Blue were clearly taken by the Botanist's launch party buzz, peering in like nosey neighbours over the garden fence to see what all the fuss was about.
The Botanist is a welcome addition to the Deansgate fold, with real ales, sharp cocktails and accessible grub, The Botanist is on to a sure-fire winner.
