TATTU restaurant and bar, which launched in Manchester's popular Spinningfields district in May, is launching two new lunch menus that will be available from Thursday 18 June.
Tantalising new dishes
Diners will be able to choose from one of three set menu options from the Express Lunch menu priced at £18 per person (each option includes four dishes).
As a lighter alternative, there is also the Dim Sum lunch menu, which invites diners to choose a combination of two (£12), three (£17) or four (£21) dim sum and small plates from a selection of 18 appetising dishes.
Examples from the Express Lunch set menu include traditional favourites such as tom yam seafood soup and crispy shredded beef, expertly combined with contemporary flavours in the form of wasabi scallop dumplings, chicken truffle shumai and the hugely popular duck egg and sausage fried rice.
The dim sum selection will feature some tantalising new dishes such as the wagyu beef puff, char siu sou and pumpkin pie, alongside some of the signature dim sum from the restaurant's main menu such as the beef and foie gras gyoza.
Both menus will be available alongside the full a la carte menu from midday – 2.30pm Monday – Friday. The Dim Sum menu will also be available from midday – 5pm on weekends.
