Bumbags, bralets and Hardy boots: Jenessa Williams captures the music festival's fasionable folk
Drawing 15,000 people out of their homes and into the city centre, Live At Leeds festival saw many a fashionista filling out venues in search of the next big thing.
As befitting a city-based event, we weren’t talking the full-on flower crowns and short shorts, but a hint of field fashion did come into play – bralets peeking out under oversized shirts, Hardy boots with fishnet tights and khaki jackets and of course, a special shout out to the girl who went full-on festival in a rainbow unitard (we salute you). The must-have accessory of the day? Undoubtedly the bumbag. No longer the domain of naff 90s raves, this little handy number is making a play for your summer wardrobe – resistance is futile.
