All-out beauty studio launches package deals for Christmas

Manchester's wildest tattoo and beauty studio, Shallows, launches Christmas deals to celebrate one year of trading

Described by owner DC as 'the bastard lovechild of an underground club and a beauty salon', Shallows is Manchester’s most unique and inclusive beauty, tattoo and aesthetics studio.

Home to freelance artists that are experts in: tattooing; hairstyling; makeup; aesthetics; permanent makeup; nails; piercing; acupuncture and lashes, their collaborative way of working means that customers can book in for up to eight services per day.

It's important to treat yourself at Christmas, when the admin and the family pressure can be hectic.

"It's really important for me to smash the ideas of beauty and tattoo together with the concept of creativity rather than perfection. What I wanted to do was show that things can be approached with a lot of fun and a lot of freedom," said DC.

The team at Shallows are friendly and attentive, with the mantra that no idea is too big or too wild. Everyone's aim is to help each customer feel fierce, confident and, most of all, comfortable to be their authentic self without fear of judgement.

From 1 December, Shallows will launch a series of deals designed to get friends together and allow them to unwind and pamper themselves, both body and mind, before the stressful hustle and bustle of the holidays sets in.

Shallows’ Christmas Stocking Stuffer Deals give guests (or ‘baddies’ in this case) the opportunity to “get stuffed” with 20% off tattoos and package deals, meaning they can get multiple services in one go. Why not book in with a friend and share a bottle of Prosecco?

When asked about the purpose behind the promotion, DC, owner of SHALLOWS said: "I think it's important to treat yourself at Christmas, when the admin and the family pressure can be hectic. We are offering 20% off packages for all our gorgeous clients this December, as a thank you to them from us.

If you’re looking for a last-minute gift, Shallows also has scratch cards available from 1 December, available to collect from the studio every Tuesday and Friday until 9pm. The gift card will be redeemable for the price paid for any service at Shallows.
