The Corn Exchange site of the Italian favourite will still remain open

Manchester’s beloved Italian brand Salvi’s has announced it has closed its Deansgate Square site with immediate effect.

The restaurant group, founded by Maurizio Cecco, announced its departure from the lavish skyscraper neighbourhood on Instagram yesterday (11 August), writing: ‘When one door closes, another opens… From tonight Salvi’s Deansgate Square is saying ciao to make way for an exciting new concept in Manchester!

You can still get your Salvi’s fix at the Corn Exchange. All bookings will be honoured there and we’ll be in touch soon if you’ve got a reservation with us’

The post signed off with ‘Grazie Mille a tutti’ (‘thank you very much everyone’), thanking its customers for their support since its opening in 2022 .

You can still show your support to Salvi’s by visiting their Corn Exchange restaurant
