Quay Property awarded Gold at prestigious property event
A Salford lettings agent has been named the city's best at the British Property Awards.
Salford Quays-based agents Quay Property scooped the Gold accolade for lettings ahead of fourteen competitors following a series of mystery customer visits.
'Their team performed outstandingly throughout the extensive judging period, which focused on customer service levels," said the BPA.
Their exemplary performance means they will now be shortlisted for a number of national awards which will be announced later this year.
According to the BPA, their team 'personally mystery shops every estate agent against a set of 25 criteria to obtain a balanced overview of their customer service levels.'
Salford has become a real target in recent years for the millennial market seeking a high-spec, lower cost alternative to high-rate Manchester city centre living. The relocation of the BBC and ITV to MediaCityUK has created an employment boom in Salford Quays, which has created one of the most lively buy-to-let markets in the UK.
