Manchester’s first dedicated Prosecco and cocktail bar opens in Corn Exchange
ICONIC venue and dining destination Corn Exchange has a new addition: Manchester’s first dedicated Prosecco and cocktail bar, courtesy of Salvi’s. The sleek new central bar in the atrium is stylish in black and gold and sits under the venue’s magnificent glass dome, so it is bathed in natural light.

Called Terrazza, it is the first dedicated bar concept from Manchester’s authentic family Italian restaurant Salvi’s and it is also the Corn Exchange’s first standalone bar.
Salvi’s Terrazza specialises in Italian cocktails – both classic and newly curated by award-winning mixologist Max Muroni – but the collection will go beyond Italy with 30 different cocktails on the menu. The bar also serves Salvi’s usual stunning range of Italian fine wines and Prosecco, as well as beers, coffees and soft drinks.
To keep the aperitivo experience genuinely Neapolitan, nibbles are also available, sourced via Salvi’s Corn Exchange deli, renowned for importing the best quality ingredients from specialist producers in Italy each week, including their famous Buffalo Mozzarella.
Outside yet inside, Terrazza Bar is the perfect place to relax this summer, whatever the weather.
Terrazza Bar is open Sunday-Thursday 10.30am-10.30pm, and Friday-Saturday 10.30am-11.30pm.
