Pull on your boots and get ready for a Paws Spooktacular this Halloween at Heaton Park with a sponsored walk and all sorts of Halloween fun.

All sorts of impressive doggy stunts

Proud owners and their pooches can take in the fresh air whilst helping St. Ann's Hospice with their fundraising. It's £15 for adults but under 17s and four-legged friends go free.

The event opens at 11am but the 5km sponsored walk starts at 1pm, looping around Heaton Park taking in views of Heaton Hall and the golf course. There are plenty of ups and downs to help you work up an appetite for our street food stalls.

There will also be face painting to help you get ready for Halloween and all sorts of impressive doggy stunts.

Watch the Tricks4Treats Display Team dogs leap through fire and vault hurdles and let your dog have a go on specially-designed agility courses. There will also be a prize for the best fancy dress costume so let your creativity run wild.
