A cut above: KAJI’s tuna cutting event

The tuna cutting event at KAJI is a masterclass in the art of sushi preparation.

Due to the limited number of places at this up-close event, it’s always a sell-out.

That’s why we’re pleased to announce a new date on Tuesday 25 March.

The evening begins with cocktails and canapés in the bar before joining the master sushi chefs in the open kitchen.

Discover more about the sustainability of bluefin tuna and bear witness to the intricacies of sushi craft as the fish is skilfully dissected.

The different cuts are then showcased in an array of tuna delicacies. The menu includes:

• Sashimi: akami, chu-toro, o-toro

• Nigiri: akami, chu-toro and o-toro

• A delightful open temaki to conclude the meal

Elevate your experience further with an optional paired sake tasting. KAJI’s Director of Wine will guide you through three premium sake pairings, each chosen to complement the flavours of your meal.
