Our eight-course dinner, held in our private dining room, is a celebration of Japanese cuisine.
This is an intimate and immersive experience unlike anything else.
Courses will be paired with cocktails so the uniquely Japanese botanicals of Roku Gin intertwine with Chef Patron Michael Shaw’s impeccable vision of Japanese food.
The evening begins with a welcome drink and gourmet canapés before eight courses of exquisite food like chawanmushi with morels, peas and wild garlic blossom and carabinero prawn with apple, yuzu, lardo and oscietra caviar.
