When Lily founded her little restaurant in Ashton ten years back, she had one focus: fresh Indian food, made on the premises, using techniques passed on through family generations.
Lily was particularly known for her traditional Indian sweets, but her repertoire grew bigger each month. Nowadays, the restaurant is owned and run by her family; offering subcontinental specialities from curries to biriyanis, uttapam to dumplings and everything in between. We even have an Indo-Chinese section - featuring our popular new sizzling platters - and are proud to be known for both the quality and quantity of our dishes.

Another thing? Our menu is mostly vegetarian, including plenty of vegan dishes, but many carnivores tell us they don’t miss meat while dining at Lily’s. The sheer variety means there’s still plenty to tickle the fancy.
And yes, you can still find Lily’s famous selection of handmade sweets too.
