The night will start at 7.30pm with a sparkling drinks reception where you can mingle with the other revellers and check out the outfits (it's dress to impress so wear your finest).
Then you'll be seated for a decadent four-course dinner prepared by the same team as the hotel’s award winning Podium restaurant.
