The day-to-night brunch and shisha lounge is bringing a new concept to the city centre
A new dining destination is bringing Lebanese flair and flavour to Deansgate Square.
Kouba promised a day-to-night experience, catering to everything from relaxed breakfasts and brunches to lively dinners and late-night shisha gatherings.
Open from 8am, Kouba will be serving an extensive brunch menu that reimagines classic favourites as well as a whole host of signature dishes like their ‘Pocket Toast’ with fillings including Smashed Burger, Bacon Eggs and Cheese and Avocado, Eggs, and Cheese.
Pastries will be provided by La Chouquette Bakery in Didsbury, freshly baked and delivered every morning.
An extensive drinks menu featuring specialty coffees, iced drinks and matcha will also be available as well as a range of cold-pressed juices; standout drinks include the Salted Date Smoothie and Coco Matcha and their signature Iced Dubai Chocolate Latte.
From 4pm, Kouba will turn into an evening dining destination, offering Lebanese cuisine alongside a shisha experience. The evening menu features a wide selection of traditional hot and cold mezze, flavour-packed grilled mains, and a selection of Lebanese side dishes. Highlights include Hummus with Lamb, Cheese Bourak, Lamb Chops, the restaurant’s famous Chicken Shawarma, and a generous mixed grill featuring three skewers.
Kouba is now open and will be operational seven days a week, 8am-2am.
