Manchester's ultimate lunchtime fine dining spot

The restaurant, which re-opened to rave reviews in April, is now open for lunch on Fridays and Saturdays. Priced at £45, the lunchtime tasting menu includes favourite dishes from the set dinner menu and can be enjoyed with flawless wines, encapsulating the intense flavours of the food.

Set dishes on the menu include Prawn Cracker ‘Rabbit Ears’ with Nam-tok and Dashi, Scottish Langoustine and Sesame Toast with Hot and Sour Beef Soup, Hand Dived Scallop in XO Sauce, Soy and Ginger Glazed Pork Cheek and Crispy Beef in Black Bean Sauce with Nasi Goreng (header image)

Sweet servings include the very popular White Chocolate Mango and Passionfruit dessert and Petit Fours; Raspberry and Saffron Chocolate, Pandan, Coconut and Coffee Sponge and a Peppercorn Éclair.

The lunchtime menu also caters for vegetarians, pescatarians and various other allergies. Dishes on the vegetarian menu include Soy and Ginger Glazed Daikon, Miso Onion Toast and Thai Red Curry with a Quail’s Egg.

Housed in the iconic Urbis building in the heart of Manchester, The Rabbit’s technically impressive lunch time menu can be served within the hour and the setting is perfect for lunch with a view of Manchester’s skyline. Along with the elegant new interior, The Rabbit in The Moon creates a sophisticated atmosphere to enjoy with friends, family or colleges.
