SUMMER HOUSE, the bright, stylish ‘pop-up’ bar in Manchester’s Exchange Square, is now open for 18 weeks only.
The vibrant, modern, meeting place for all this summer’s got to offer will be opening until 30 September.
All events on the big screen will be shown under cover on 50 inch plasma screens within the clear marquee, which also has free WIFI so sports fans can follow events online, and tweet to their hearts content.

Wimbledon – Monday 25June – Sunday 8 July
Summer House is the place to watch all the Wimbledon matches with the perfect view of the BBC big screen.
Whether you’re on your break from work or shopping, or want to set up camp for the afternoon and take advantage of the Summer House Pimms pitchers and delicious deli style bar snacks, Summer House has plenty of space for all.
And if rain stops play? Who cares with the Summer House cocktail list to sample.
For the final weekend come and join in at the Wimbledon Weekender with Summer House table tennis and Wii tournaments, strawberries and cream, and not forgetting the Pimms of course.
Mad Hatters Tea Party with DJ Jamie Holmes – Friday 13th July, 6-11pm (free entry)
Feeling unlucky on Friday 13? Leave it all behind, as Summer House invites you through the looking glass to join Alice in Wonderland and delicious cocktails including; The White Rabbit Martini, Mad as a March Hare, and the Mad Hatter’s Teapot – garnished with edible playing cards and dry ice fire.
Summer House staff will be weirdly and wonderfully dressed as their favourite Alice in Wonderland characters, so feel free to join them. There will be a complimentary shot for those that dress up, and a prize for best costume.

Summer House provides the unique opportunity to enjoy one of the Cultural Olympiad’s highlights, but instead of a stuffy theatre in London, enjoy it with a beer and a burger in Manchester’s Exchange Square.

Samba Brasilia – Friday 20 July Battuta: 6-7pm Brazil vs. GB: 7pm onwards
The Brazil vs. GB football game will be on the big screen, and Summer House is celebrating with its house Samba Carnival band and their drums.
Before the match kicks off Battuta will bring drums, trumpets and a huge party atmosphere playing Samba style songs we’ll all recognise.
