Rare sherries and tapitas from the deli...this is why it's their most popular annual shindig
LUNYA is celebrating one of Spain’s quintessential drinks with its annual sherry tasting evening on 30 April.
The independent Catalan restaurant, bar and deli on Deansgate is the natural home of sherry in Manchester, housing a collection of over 25 sherries. Lunya’s 'Spring Sherry Tasting' is their celebration of their extensive sherry menu with eight stunning bottles to try over the course of the evening.
The perfect way to think sherry, talk sherry and drink lots of sherry, too
The selection includes the yearly release of Tio Pepe Fino En Rama and other rare and bespoke sherries, with many available exclusively at Lunya.
Lunya’s tapitas – little bites of perfection from their Spanish deli – will be served alongside each sherry.
This informal evening is the perfect way to think sherry, talk sherry and drink lots of sherry, too. Whether you’re a seasoned sherry pro or new to Spain's most famous aperitif, it's informative, friendly and lots of fun.
It’s also Lunya’s most popular event of the year, and is set to be a sell-out once again. You're advised to book quickly.
The sherry tasting event takes place on 30 April from 6.30pm-8.30pm and is priced at £30 per person. To book please click here.
