We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our team. It’s a permanent position and we’re looking forward to welcoming the right candidate to our team.

This is what you’ll be doing:

  • Creating and planning campaigns for Confidential clients

  • Briefing the design, IT and copywriting departments

  • Producing statistical reports on Excel and Word

  • Liaising with Confidential clients on a regular basis

  • Attending client events when required

  • Assisting the sales team with pitching

  • Going to client venues to take pictures and create videos and live Facebook promos

  • Scheduling social media with Hootsuite

We’re looking for an experienced account manager who can juggle different tasks and priorities whilst still remaining a cheerful team player. If you can think on your feet and you like learning new things, we want to hear from you.

You’ll need:

  • Two years’ experience in an account management role (preferred)

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Accuracy and attention to detail

  • Confidence with Microsoft Word and Excel

  • A good understanding of social media

  • Strong organisational skills

  • Knowledge of HTML, Hootsuite, Google Analytics and good photography skills would be an advantage
