THERE'S nothing else like Moho in Manchester. In fact there’s nothing else like Moho anywhere in the country.

It’s a clever idea and walking through the glass entrance into the courtyard with its lift up to the living bit is very cool.

So too are the apartments themselves where sliding doors are used to maximum effect, making the overall space appear much bigger 400sq ft.

The balcony, which spans the length of the apartment, helps too with double sliding doors off both the living room and bedroom and can also be accessed off the kitchen.

The kitchen and bathroom sit back-to-back in the centre of the space with the living room to the left and the bedroom to the right. Sliding doors too on the bathroom, and into the bedroom and one giant panel which slides to reveal storage and the washer/dryer. Every inch is vital here so the main door opens out into the communal hall rather than into the apartment.

This apartment has had a re-fitted kitchen with some great high gloss units and the flooring and finishes are in good nick.

When they were completed, the smaller units at Moho were selling for £130,000 but values have been hit since then and now offer a lot of style for your money.
