VIOLENCE broke out in Manchester's Exchange Square outside Sinclair's Oyster Bar ahead of Man City's Champions League tie with Sevilla FC on Wednesday 21 October.
Footage taken at the scene shows up to 30 men charging each other outside the bar, launching chairs, fencing, glasses and even a bicycle - see below.
Social media reports suggest the attack may have been instigated by fans of Polish club Śląsk Wrocław...
Greater Manchester Police confirmed five people were arrested in connection with the clash which took place around 3.30pm.
Three of those arrested, police confirmed, were Polish football fans believed to be aligned to Polish club Śląsk Wrocław's notorious Ultras.
One man was hospitalised following the incident, another suffered a head wound but refused treatment.
It is understood the Śląsk Wrocław Ultras planned the Manchester attack in retribution for a clash which saw Polish fans stabbed and hospitalised at a Europa League tie between the two clubs in 2013.
Reports amongst the Spanish media also claim Śląsk Wrocław Ultras travelled to a UEFA Super Cup tie between Sevilla and Real Madrid in Cardiff in 2014 order to attack Sevilla fans.
