Taps, the pour-your-own bar and restaurant in the Great Northern Tower, has just unveiled a new menu. And they're inviting 15 Heroes and their guests for a complimentary tasting.
The event takes place this Monday, 19 March, from 6pm. You'll be given an Asahi Beer on arrival, then you'll have the chance to try taster portions of the following delectable-sounding dishes:
- Crayfish and Avocado Salad
- Black Pudding Scotched Egg
- Moules Bruges
- Mini Butternut Squash Parcel
- Pork Belly and Crackling
- Toffee and Date Pudding
There may be some other beer samples available, but they're being coy and can't confirm this for definite right now. Either way, it will be a nice lift to your Monday evening. Well worth dropping by for after work.
It starts at 6pm on Monday 19 March (please try to get there on time, folks).
