ABBEY Crouch, Natasha Hamilton, Rachel Shenton, Lisa Carrick, Jessica Lawlor, Dani Lawrence and Leanne Brown were among the famous faces who attended Harvey Nichols’ seasonal fashion show this week.
Taking place on the first floor of the department store in the usual extravagant style, the show has become Manchester’s biggest and best fashion event.
Top models from London and the North West, including Britain’s Next Top Model winner Jade Thompson, took to the catwalk at the event, revealing the latest trends and eye-popping colours.

From the opening ‘Time to Reflect’ – with metallics, sequins and sparkle, to the men’s ‘Bloc Party’ and women’s ‘Neon News’ which screamed colour, colour and more colour, if you want to be on trend this season make whatever you wear loud and proud. The final looks to go down the catwalk were the movie inspired ‘Gangster Squad’ and the fabulous ‘Precision Whites’ for the colour-shy among the crowds.
Beauty-wise, the look was slick and sophisticated with a focus on heavy Cara Delevingne inspired brows and full lips.

Mark Izzard, senior stylist at Urban Retreat said: “We wanted the hair to be sleek and uniformed across the models, taking inspiration from designer catwalks including Gucci and Christopher Kane. My time to be creative was with the back of the hair, where I plaited, weaved and twisted ponytails creating a unique look.”
Stila, which is new to Harvey Nichols, were the official makeup sponsor for the event. Using inspiration from the fabrics, colours and patterns in the trends, Stila’s artists created a glamorous and chic look, keeping the skin clean and natural and taking inspiration from 1990's supermodels.
