Gordo went along the other day with food writer Deanna Thomas to try and discover just what makes Comptoir’s food so special. Why is their hoummus so light and creamy, how do they manage to make their food both tasty and healthy? and will Gordo spot that the first half dozen things he ate are actually vegan?
