VAPIANO, the latest restaurant to pop-up in the blossoming Corn Exchange food hall, threw a monster shindig last night to celebrate the launch of their 170th worldwide restaurant.

Hundreds of guests, including familiar faces from Coronation Street, slung infeasible amounts of pizza, pasta and Prosecco down their necks as a Pied Piper percussionist lead an army of Vapiano staff on a jolly jaunt around the restaurant.
Boasting almost 400 covers across two floors, Vapiano is the largest of the new Corn Exchange crop, and offers a 'fast casual' self-service Italian dining experience.
