There was a great atmosphere on the sands of Castlefield with enticing smells wafting over the canal, luring foodies from far and wide.
The event, the first of its kind, took place on 15 – 17 May 2015 and we hope it’s going to be a regular spot in the culinary calendar – not least because Confidential’s own Lottie Moore won the coveted cook-off title with her seafood linguine.
The weekend also featured kitchen demos from the BBC’s Kate Goodman and chef Robert Owen Brown as well as a selection of great food from a whole host of traders.
