Manchester’s first ‘free-from’ café has just launched its latest menu, designed for Summer 2019, and it’s packed full of naturally delicious and nutritious ingredients. There are lean meat, fresh fish, vegetarian and vegan choices, and everything is completely free from allergens and inflammatory ingredients like gluten, dairy, wheat, soy and refined sugar.
The satisfying and balanced 3 Squared Express takeaway meals menu has both old favourites and some new additions to the list of bestsellers, all of which are created to leave you feeling energised, uplifted and glowing from the inside out... Choose from a range of healthy grab and go breakfast pots, perfect with fresh fruit juice or one of 3 Squared’s signature smoothies to set up your day the right way. The chia coconut pot comes with homemade berry compote, or there’s granola and yoghurt or the seed and oats breakfast bar.
Also made using high-quality ingredients, the lunch boxes are designed to keep your energy levels up all afternoon and are just £5.95 each – think vegan pesto summer salad or smoked salmon, avocado and black rice. There are even snacks for if you do find yourself flagging – including hummus pots for savoury or new banana muffins for sweet.
