Kick off your meal with a Summer Snow, Vapiano’s new limited edition summer cocktail special. It’s as refreshing as it sounds with Bacardi, Coconut Cream and fresh lime. You’ll find other new additions on the cocktail menu but these Italian classics are here to stay. Share photos of your drinks with the hashtag #sipwithvaps and you could win dinner and drinks at Vapiano.
Other summer specials include a white crab linguine with a dash of lemon and a sprinkling of fresh herbs, a homemade Nutella cheesecake and a coconut panna cotta. Make sure you try the new starter of Bastone too – these authentic warm dough sticks are served with a selection of zingy dips.
There are also two new pizza bianca dishes – a fiery pepperoni, spinach and chilli option and a feta, spinach, olive and chilli one.
Vegans (and non-vegans) will love the luscious watermelon and courgette salad on the summer specials menu and the campanelle with tenderstem broccoli, red onions, brown butter and toasted almonds is perfect for vegetarians.
