They’re now well known for fine dining at a reasonable price, and Grafene’s afternoon tea is no exception: various finger sandwiches, scones with clotted cream and strawberry conserve, pumpkin and cranberry loaf, pain aux raisin, macarons and chocolate ganache - all for under £15.
