CIBO's official launch party drew in the crowds recently, including a group of curious Confidential Heroes.
They were treated to dinner on the house, courtesy of head chef Martin Cordwell and his team. Rustic, authentic Venetian cicchetti was served alongside cool glasses of fine Italian wine.
This Didsbury restaurant and bar is from the team behind Don Giovanni's on Oxford Street, and models itself on the 'Bacari' bars of Venice.
Head there for light cicchetti dishes with drinks (the cocktails are blinding) or for a full lunch or dinner.
It's a confident operation that's creating some fantastic food by getting the basics right: ingredients are delivered fresh daily, and they make everything from scratch in the kitchen, including pasta, doughs, and desserts.
