Hotfoot it to the National Football Museum
Take the kids to the National Football Museum this half term and you’re bound to score highly – and as it’s free to get in, everyone’s a winner!
We sent two intrepid reporters to let us know what’s on – 11-year-old Bradley and Delilah, who is two. (Of course, mum and dad Rosanna and Will also went along for the trip!)
Watch their video and see them check out their fave players in the Hall Of Fame, learn all about the ins and outs of a stadium and the rules of the beautiful game, and test out their footy skillz with penalty shootouts and more!
All that energy and you’ll need a sit-down on the bench with some refreshment – they certainly did! – and there’s plenty to fill your boots with at Cafe Football on site, which hits the target on the food and drink front. With a tuck shop for sweet treats, foosball and air hockey tables to have play at, and on-screen soccer action, it’s fun, friendly and full of stuff to keep the kids quiet.
