40 apartments have just been released for sale in Manchester's most iconic building, Beetham Tower.
Designed by Ian Simpson Architects, the city’s tallest residential building stands proud at 48 stories high and offers unrivalled views across Manchester, reaching all the way to the peaks of Snowdonia and the Irish Sea.
The 40 apartments, consisting of 1 and 2 beds, span across floors 25-47. Prices start at £157,000 for a 1 bed, £230,000 for a 2 bed and go up to £360,000 for a 2 bed penthouse with parking spaces.
In addition, there is a unique 2 bed penthouse apartment available at £700,000, which spans the whole length of one side of the tower, facing north, south and west.

The opportunity to buy an apartment in Beetham Tower is rare and they are expected to generate a great deal of interest. An open day will be held on Saturday 27 April.
However, anyone who is serious about buying is being offered an exclusive first look at the show apartment at a pre-launch event this Thursday, 25 April from 6pm to 9pm.
