Three days of bottomless brunch... and other ways to let loose this long weekend
CONSIDERING your options for Easter weekend meet-ups and drinks? Banyan in Spinningfields is turning it up for the four-day break with a bottomless brunch, bottomless Sunday lunch, cocktail offers, live mash-up music, endless Aperol and DJs into the night.
They'll be serving their infamous Bottomless Brunch on Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 11am-4pm, from £26.95pp. Take a look at the menu here.

Manchester band, Merge the Birds join in for Good Friday afternoon. Catch their jazzed-up mash-ups of classic tunes, mainly from the '90s, between midday and 5pm.
If you’re still going on Sunday, the Bottomless Sunday Roast could be just what you need. Pre-book to enjoy tender beef, plenty of gravy, roasties and bottomless red wine. It runs all afternoon from 11am to 4pm. Have a look at the menu here.
