A unique slant on the iconic beverage, this blends Hendrick’s and Fentimans tonic with cucumber and a dash of rosemary.
Vodka-based creations include Raspberry Collins and Cool Sea Breeze - plus, of course, the famed Long Island Iced Tea - while those partial to gin can find Bramble and G&T.
