HEAD to Band on the Wall in October for this very special night featuring the wonderful voice and soul and jazz-flecked songs of Carmel.
Back in the 1980s vocalist Carmel McCourt and her eponymous band's gorgeous mix of soulful ballads, gospel, blues and jazz resulted in a string of hits including 'Bad Day', 'Sally', 'More, More, More' and 'Willow Weep For Me'.
Now Carmel is back with a new six-piece band performing all their hits and more. Known in France as the new Edith Piaf, check out Carmel and all those beautiful songs on what promises to be a night of heartfelt music.
This event takes place at 7.30pm on Friday 5 October. Band on the Wall's Picturehouse cafe bar is open from 5pm for food and drinks.
